Maia Ervin is based out of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and is the current Chief Impact Officer of JUV Consulting, a purpose-driven marketing community dedicated to helping companies resonate with diverse young people globally. JUV works with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non-profits on authentically engaging with Gen Z. At JUV, Maia oversees multicultural marketing, purpose-driven campaigns and partnerships, HR consulting/Future of Work, and all Social Impact & EDI+B initatives.

Outside of JUV, Maia is pursuing her MBA in Marketing at Fordham University with a concentration in Global Sustainability and Humane Business. She is also a Co-host and Producer for a podcast for and by Black Zillennials, “Big Fish” where she discusses the coming of age for young Black femmes.
